Mark is admitted to practice in Mississippi, Louisiana, Tennessee, the Tennessee Supreme Court, the Tennessee Court of Criminal Appeals, the Tennessee Court of Civil Appeals, the U.S. Supreme Court, and the U.S. Court of Appeals–Fifth and Sixth Circuit. Mark graduated from Lambuth University with a Bachelor of Science degree and received his Juris Doctorate from the University of Mississippi School of Law in 1984.
Mark is certified as a criminal trial specialist by the Tennessee Commission on Continuing Legal Education and Specialization and by the National Board of Trial Advocacy. He is a former assistant district attorney for the 4th Judicial District of Louisiana and has been defending criminal cases for several years. He has been involved in a wide range of criminal cases including murder, narcotics offenses and Medicare and insurance fraud. He has represented doctors, lawyers, businessmen, law enforcement officials, and juveniles.
As the chairman of the Technology Section of the State of Tennessee Bar Association, Mark lectures on the uses of technology in the practice of law and the presentation of witnesses and exhibits at trial.
He was selected to become a life member of the United States 6th Circuit Judicial Conference at the invitation of United States District Judge James Todd.
By maintaining membership in several bar associations, the National Association of Criminal Defense Attorneys, the Tennessee Association of Criminal Defense Attorneys, and the Tennessee Trial Lawyers Association, Mr. Donahoe and the firm stay prepared to regularly litigate in all courts in Tennessee.

Jennifer Deen, originally from Trenton, Tennessee, is admitted to practice in the state courts of Tennessee as well as the Western and Middle Districts of the United States District Court for Tennessee. Jennifer received her Bachelor of Science degree from David Lipscomb University in Nashville, Tennessee in 2002, and then went on to graduate from law school with her Juris Doctorate from the University of Mississippi Lamar School of Law in 2005. Since law school, Jennifer has enjoyed representing private citizens as well as municipalities and their employees in various federal and state court actions. Matthew E. Wright is an alumnus of Vanderbilt University Law School. He also received his B.A. degree in Philosophy from Vanderbilt University and attended the University of Leeds in England.
A third-generation Tennessee lawyer, Mr. Wright graduated from Gerry Spence Trial Lawyers College in DuBois, Wyoming in August, 2011 and has achieved a 10 of 10 rating "superb" from Avvo.com. He has served on the Board of Governors for the Tennessee Association for Justice (formerly Tennessee Trial Lawyers Association) since 2009 and has served on the Association's Ethics Committee. He has authored articles that have appeared in Tennessee Trial Lawyer Magazine.

He grew up in Jackson, Tennessee, and he is a 1999 graduate of Jackson Central-Merry High School. Aaron graduated from the University of Tennessee at Knoxville with a B.A. in economics in 2003. An army veteran, he served two tours of duty in support of Operation Iraqi Freedom prior to attending law school. Aaron received his Juris Doctorate from the University of Memphis, Cecil C. Humphreys School of Law, where he graduated, cum laude, in 2011. While in law school, he was a member of the University of Memphis Law Review.
