Patrick Martin was born in Philadelphia,
Pennsylvania on April 11, 1946. He is a 1968 graduate of Pennsylvania State University. He received
his Master's Degree from Temple University in 1971 and attended Law School at
Memphis State University, graduating in 1974. Pat was admitted to the bar
in 1975 in Pennsylvania and District of Columbia; 1980, Tennessee; U.S. District
Court, Western District of Tennessee. Some of Pat's accomplishments include Phi
Delta Phi; Member , National Moot Court Team, 1973; Associate Justice,
Moot Court Board, 1973-1974; Recipient, American Jurisprudence Award in Bills
and Notes; Member, Local Rules Committee, U.S. District Court, Western District of Tennessee. He is a member of the Tennessee and
American (Member, Criminal Justice Section) Bar Associations; National and Tennessee Association of
Criminal Defense Lawyers.
