Magan N. White was born in Milan,
Tennessee, on May 22, 1978. She graduated with honors from the University of
Tennessee at Martin in 1999 with a B.S. in Business Administration. Magan
attended Law School at the University of Memphis, graduating in 2002. While
in Law School, Magan served as Articles Editor of the Tennessee Journal of
Practice & Procedure. Following graduation from Law School, Magan served a
two-year judicial clerkship for Judge Joe G. Riley of the Tennessee Court of
Criminal Appeals, followed by a two-year judicial clerkship for Justice
Janice Holder of the Tennessee Supreme Court. Magan is a member of the bar,
Tennessee and U.S. District Court, Western District of Tennessee, U.S. Court
of Appeals, Sixth Circuit, and is a member of the Madison County and
Tennessee Bar Associations and the Tennessee Association of Criminal Defense
Lawyers. She also currently serves as City Judge for the City of Bradford,
Tennessee.
Magan joined the firm of Hardee, Martin & Donahoe in 2006 and
practices in the areas of Appeals, Personal Injury, Workers’ Compensation,
Family Law, Divorce, Wills and Probate, and Criminal Defense in both State
and Federal courts.
