Lowe Finney

Lowe Finney graduated Magna Cum Laude/With High Honors from the University of Tennessee at Martin in 1998. He attended the St. Louis University School of Law, graduating in 2001. While at St. Louis University, Lowe was a Student Bar Association Rep (1998-99)/Treasurer (1999-2000), and was involved with the International Law Society and the Health Law Society. He was a member of Phi Alpha Delta Legal Fraternity and was the recipient of the Honorable Joseph Eagleton Scholarship (1998-2000). Lowe clerked for the Honorable John Everett Williams of the Tennessee Court of Criminal Appeals before joining the firm in 2002. Lowe was admitted to the Tennessee Bar in 2001, the Federal District Court Bar in 2002, and the Sixth Court of Appeals Bar in 2004.

Lowe is a member of the National and Tennessee Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers, Tennessee Bar Association, and American Trial Lawyers Association.  Lowe is also a member of Jackson First Baptist Church, a member of the Saint Louis University Alumni Council, and teaches Business Law and Law and the Courts at Lambuth University.

Lowe joined Hardee, Martin, Dauster and Donahoe in 2002 and is involved in all aspects of general civil litigation, criminal defense trials and appeals in Tennessee state courts, United States District Court and the United States Court of Appeals for the Sixth Circuit., social security disability, and business formation.
