Jennifer Ann Deen
Jennifer Ann Deen, formerly Jennifer Finch, daughter of Jack and Debbie Finch of Trenton, Tennessee, graduated from Peabody high School in 1999 and earned her Bachelor of Science Degree in Accounting and Finance from Lipscomb University in Nashville, Tennessee in 2002. Jennifer then went on to pursue her law degree at the University of Mississippi School of Law in Oxford, Mississippi, earning her Juris Doctor degree in 2005. In 2006, after becoming licensed to practice law in Tennessee, Jennifer was admitted to practice in the United States District Court for the Middle District of Tennessee in Nashville.
Since 2006, Jennifer has defended local governments and school systems, their employees and executive officials, in various types of federal and state lawsuits, including but not limited to those alleging: Negligence, First Amendment Retaliation, Leave Act, the Americans with Disabilities Act and Tennessee Maternity Act, Retaliatory Discharge, Sexual Harassment, Discrimination, and various other Constitutional, Title VII and Title IX cases. Jennifer has also represented private employers accused of violating federal wage and hour laws, physicians in medical claims, divorce, breach of contract and personal injury actions.
