David Hardee
 

David Hardee was born in Jackson Tennessee on May 26, 1953. He graduated from the University of Tennessee at Martin in 1975 and attended the Cumberland School of Law at Samford University, graduating in 1978. He was admitted to bar in 1978 in Tennessee; U.S. District Court, Western District of Tennessee. David is a member of the Madison County (Member, Board of Directors, 1982-1983), Tennessee and American Bar Associations; the Tennessee Trial Lawyers Association (Member, Board of Directors, 1988, 1990; 1996-2001); Lift Contributor, The Association of Trial Lawyers of America.

David is one of the original founding partners of Hardee, Martin, Dauster and Donahoe and currently practices in the areas of  Civil Practice; Trials and Appeals.
